After a mission gone awry, the doubtful main character, Rood, is sent to a famous magic school, Helios. Here, he must protect an important person's son who has a very bad time at the school. (src: mangafox)

This was my first webtoon and the can-opener which lead me to their awesome world! It made me realized how it would be great if romance does not exist in a story (or romance isn’t the main focus of the story). Before, I only prefer to read/watch manga/manhwa/Anime if I saw romance on it, but after my experienced with this webtoon, my first priority now when it comes to genre hierarchy is FANTASY. This piece of art/literature exhibited a very fantastic fantasy! The very first chapter which is a short introduction about the whole plot is more than enough to catch your interest! With those wisely-compiled words, my heart was caught on Black Haze’s web that I can’t stopped from falling…into its traps (you’ll get to understand this more when you read BH).

The drawing and coloring skills of the author is also top-notch! This webtoon is therefore highly-recommended. If there will be any weakness, that is the slow character development. Regardless, you should try Black Haze! (click the link to see their facebook fan page, I'm one of its admins. Yey!)
